Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT stud bolts consist of a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium additions. Incoloy 800 has good strength and oxidation and carburization resistance, whereas 800H and 800HT with more carbon and special annealing have enhanced creep and stress rupture properties at high temperatures. Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT stud bolts retain mechanical stability and are resistant to scaling and deformation up to 1100°C.
