Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT nuts consist of an alloy of nickel-iron-chromium with controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium additions. This material ensures superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation under high temperature conditions. Incoloy 800 provides fair strength and stability, but the higher carbon and optimized annealing of 800H and 800HT give them better creep and rupture resistance. These nuts maintain mechanical strength up to 1100°C temperatures, retaining strength in thermal stress conditions.
