The Tantalum Rods are primarily made of pure tantalum (Ta ≥ 99.9%), which gives them outstanding resistance to most strong acids, including hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. They boast a very high melting point of around 3017°C, along with excellent formability and mechanical strength that typically falls between 200–400 MPa. This material remains stable even in high-temperature and corrosive environments, providing excellent thermal and electrical conductivity while being biocompatible and non-reactive.
