Duplex Steel Fasteners are composed of iron, chromium, nickel, and molybdenum with minor additions of nitrogen. This composition provides high tensile strength of 690–850 MPa, yield strength of 450–550 MPa, and elongation of 20–25%. Duplex microstructure ensures excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The fasteners maintain mechanical integrity under high temperature and pressure, with good machinability and weldability, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments requiring reliable and long-lasting fastening solutions.
