This Super Duplex Steel Coil is made up of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen. This unique alloy offers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, along with a high tensile strength ranging from 850 to 950 MPa. Its dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure merges the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel with the strength of ferritic stainless steel, providing outstanding mechanical stability at both room and elevated temperatures.
