This Super Duplex Steel Coil S32760 is made up of about 25–26% chromium, 6–7% nickel, 4–5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen. This unique alloy offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, along with a high tensile strength ranging from 850 to 950 MPa. Its dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure merges the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel with the high strength of ferritic stainless steel, ensuring excellent mechanical stability at both room and elevated temperatures.
